FT1211 Enhanced Dogleg Assembly Machine

New Enhanced Design with 2-speed Transmission.

The FT1211 Dogleg Assembly Machine is designed to assemble most Aeroquip industrial and marine screw together reusable fittings. It will accomodate straight and elbow fittings including dogleg fittings ranging from 1/4 inch to 3 inch. The FT1211 Enhanced version is new in 2016 and includes the following:
Electrical Requirement 230/460 Volt, 3-Phase power
Chain driven, (same as legacy FT1211-2-4 Machine)
Safety interlock switch on large guard assembly
2-speed transmission with detente neutral position
Output speeds at the spindle
1st gear RPM output to be 14.9 with a minimum of 540 foot pounds of torque available at spindle
2nd gear TPM output to be 29.8 with a minimum of 265 foot pounds of torque available at spindle
Baldor 2.0 HP/1725 RPM motor with electric brake
